Well here's whats happening in the not so exciting world of Melissa:
- I turned 22 on Sunday: nothing too eventful, Sandra made me a frickin sweet breakfast in bed (I promptly went back to bed afterwards). Went to the bar to watch the Bills game against the Dolphins (we won of course), then went to dinner with Rob, then to meet up with Ewan to go back home to watch Napoleon Dynamite. This weekend brings up the party at McFaddens, which should be interesting. Housemates got me a fondue pot... so sweet.
- School: I got a final next week... all I should be doing is studying
- I am going home for thanksgiving... still not sure if I'm happy about that
- Of course there is the juicy stuff I just can't put on here... if you know me you know what's going on...
Has anyone every tried this drink called Irn Bru ? Housemate brought home two 8-packs from her trip to Scotland. At first it reminded me of old bubble gum... but then I decided it wasn't too bad... of course we already went thru it all... bugger. Ewan was so happy to get his own eight pack from his buddy.
This new Franz Ferdinand album, You Could Have It So Much Better , is quite awesome, I am not going to lie to you. Everyone shoud pick up a copy.
Today was I rocking out with my headphones to No Doubt's, "Hella Good", much to Sandra's delight. I even jumped up on the coffee table and kicked magazines a la Walken. I of course was supposed to be studying... but meh...
I heart coffee again... does everyone remember that song we had to sing in high school?
C-O-F-F-E-E coffee is not for me,
